Plan 1 membership allows the member to create an unlimited number of projects (individual company analyses) using our Start-Up, Established and Early Stage forecast models, including the models' nested LBO Valuation, Private Equity Placement and Single-Year modules. Plan 1 also includes unlimited use of the Public Company Analysis model for which Corpfin.Net provides the companies' historical financial information.

When you sign-up for membership we copy two completed forecast projects (a start-up company and an established company) to your member directory. These projects do not count toward your usage total. They are provided to help you become familiar with our multi-year forecast models' operations and reports, and for practice in revising forecast assumptions and creating single-year forecasts, LBO valuations and private equity placement analyses. Please feel free to delete these projects at any time by clicking on the Maintain Models link on your Member Directory page.

All membership fees are paid in advance via credit card and renew automatically (refunds for plan renewals if membership is cancelled within three days of payment).
